Please note: Empress of Heels is closing down. All orders placed on or after 03-07-2025 are part of a final clearance sale. This means that we will no longer accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason. All sales are final.

We kindly ask you to consider your purchase carefully before placing your order.

Due to the nature of a closing down sale, all products purchased from [insert date] onwards are non-returnable and non-refundable, regardless of size, fit, or preference.

This final sale policy applies to:

• Full-priced items

• Discounted or sale items

• International and EU orders

This is in line with EU consumer law, which permits exceptions to the standard right of withdrawal in the case of final or clearance sales due to business closure.

If your order was placed before our closing down date, the original return and refund conditions still apply. Please refer to your order confirmation email and contact us at contact@empressofheels.com if you're unsure which policy applies to your purchase.

⚠️ Warranty

All Empress of Heels shoes are handmade with high-quality vegan materials. As we are closing down, we can no longer offer warranty support or replacements after your purchase.

Please inspect your items carefully upon delivery. If your order arrives visibly damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and details. While we will try to assist where possible, please understand that availability is limited and no guarantees can be made.
