Return conditions Style by Birgit h/o Empress of Heels

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days after receiving it without giving reasons. The entire order amount (order + shipping costs to you) will be refunded to you after we have received the return in undamaged and unworn condition.

Only the costs for returning from your house to our warehouse are for your own account. If you make use of your revocation right, then the product should be returned to us with all delivered appurtenances and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. We will supply you with a return label. The costs for this label will be deducted from the refund.

If we cannot supply you with a return label, due to the country you are returning from, you will have to use the postal service from you country. Please make sure that you will keep your proof of shipment until we have confirmed your order has been returned to us.

Please note that the expenses associated with returning the product from your location to our warehouse are your responsibility.


Please be aware that products that are on sale can only be swapped for a different size of the same product or a different color. 

If you do not wish to swap your sale item for a different size or your size is not available anymore, you will receive a store credit for the purchase amount. This store credit will be send to you as a discount code. This code is transferable to others. 

Products that are on sale are clearly marked with reduced prices.


If your order was shipped to an address within the EU, the entire order amount will be refunded. For orders shipped to addresses outside the EU, the entire order amount will be refunded; however, customs and sales taxes cannot be refunded. If you wish to reclaim any paid duties and taxes, please contact the customs office in your country.

Return conditions:

Returning is only possible if:

  • The shoes are not damaged, not worn and feature original packaging and cards. This does not include fitting shoes.
  • Fitting has been done indoor, on a soft surface like a carpet or a towel. If this is not the case and the soles of the shoes are damaged, we might not be able to accept the return. 
  • There has been no attempt to repair a defect.
  • The risks and costs for returning are for the customer.
  • Items which we receive after the return period of 14 days may not be taken back. Please contact us first if the 14 day return period has transpired before returning the order.
  • Returns that are not or insufficiently stamped may not be accepted. If we have to cover the extra costs to retrieve the package, the costs will be deducted from the refund amount. 
  • If the return conditions are not complied with, we reserve the right to send back the order and charge the dispatch costs.

All shoes of Empress of Heels are handmade, while using only the best vegan materials.

We do not offer warranty in cases of normal wear, intended damage or attempted repair. We also do not offer warranty on zippers, heels, rhinestones, sequins and buttons.

 Please take into account that no exceptions are made.
